Yes, it is important to have that favorite rifle sighted in PRIOR to your fall hunting trip or you can have a built in excuse for missing that big buck or bull elk. Albany Rifle and Pistol Club will be open to the general public for two weekends in September (see our calendar for dates) from 9am to 4pm to sight in hunting rifles. The cost is still $10 per rifle and this includes targets. ARPC club members can also use this service without paying the $10 fee as it is considered a membership benefit. Experienced club members will be assisting each person during the sight-in process to make sure the range is operating safely. Everyone must wear eye and ear protection. Safety glasses and ear plugs will be available for purchase if someone forgets to bring them. If you are a club member and want to help at Hunter's Sight In Days contact the club office at 541-491-3755.

Pre-Class Registration Required NRC classes@arpc.info Have you ever considered getting your CHL for Oregon and Utah? This class encompasses both Oregon and Utah for one low price and a total of five hours classroom time.
Following completion of the class, the Oregon license applicant will receive the required certificate for them to apply to their individual county. The Utah applicant will have everything completed by the end of class and ready to mail, which includes fingerprint cards, passport picture, and application; all you need to do is enter in your credit card info or bring a check for Utah. Class cost is non- refundable. ARPC members will be charged $55 and non-members will be charged $83.

There you will locate the Application and Orientation Workbook. Fill out the Application, print it out and sign it. Read the material and answer the online Orientation questions.Email your requested NMO date to orientation@arpc.info. You will not be admitted to NMO without a confirmed reservation. Bring your application along with your form of payment, government issued identification and eye and ear protection to orientation.
