ARPC Oregon and Utah Concealed Carry Class Pre-Class Registration Required NRC jim6br@gmail.com Have you ever considered getting your CHL for Oregon and Utah? This class encompasses both Oregon and Utah for one low price and a total of five hours classroom only time. Following completion of the class, the Oregon license applicant will receive the required certificate for them to apply to their individual county. The Utah applicant will have everything completed by us by the end of class and ready to mail, which includes fingerprints, passport picture, and application; all you need to do is enter in your credit card info or bring a check for Utah. Class cost is non- refundable. ARPC members will be charged $50 and non-members will be charged $75.
