Are you intimidated walking into a shooting range or training facility for the first time and not knowing how to shoot or handle a firearm? Then this class is the perfect opportunity for you to learn and practice the fundamentals of safe and accurate pistol shooting in a comfortable and fun environment where beginners are welcomed. If you have little or no experience with a pistol, you need to take this class. Participants only; no spectators allowed, so there's no pressure from the peanut gallery.
In this class you will:
• Learn how to safely handle firearms
• Be able to identify the primary parts of firearms
• Understand the mechanics of how firearms function
• Learn and practice the basics of sight alignment and trigger control
• Learn to safely and accurately shoot during live fire at our range
What you need to bring:
• Firearm, belt and holster that covers the trigger
• Eye and ear protection
• 100 rounds of ammunition
• Snack
• Non-alcoholic beverage
• Class fee is $25 for members and non-members
